About Us

  

At CD Food Consulting Services take great pride in forming close partnerships with our clients and know these partnerships have been key to their success. We are a hands-on company that provides daily on-site guidance to ensure a successful food safety culture at all levels of organization. Our goal is understanding our clients' challenges and assisting them with development of their work organization, including implementation of their food safety and quality programs, monitoring of critical results with adjustments as required.

I've Owned and Operated CD Food Consulting Services, LLC located in the Pacific Northwest since 2010. Our team includes two Food Safety Consulting Technical and Regulatory Experts. 

We have over 50 years of combined experience working in Food Safety.   I've personally had the pleasure of working for two of the larger food companies as Manager of Research and Development and Quality Assurance and Director Food Technology and Quality Assurance.

 

Lisa Petro (Food Safety Consultant)     

Lisa has been consulting with CDFCS the last 4 years. She carries a long list of credentials and has earned numerous certificates. 

In the past she has developed corporate Quality Assurance departments and has also been a plant Quality Assurance Manager. She has served as contact at both corporate and plant level managing regulatory agency inspections along with food safety, and quality audits.
